My PR is 3:51.   

Short-Term Running Goals:

I need a 3:40 to qualify for Boston.  I am hoping to achieve this goal in the 2011 Houston Marathon.  Right now I am running about 40-55 miles per week and train with the Kenyan Way running group.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Once I qualify for running, I plan on continuing to run as long as possible.
